13.01.2022 Today’s patient: 34 year old female, suffering from lipoedema. Initially went to Germany to have her legs treated with Water Assisted Liposuction (aka WAL, bodyjet), resulting in a good size difference, but EXTREMELY unaesthetic results (I saw the photos), and then went to Poland for a revision in the legs, and some additional lipo and a fat transfer to the hip dips. From this surgery, her legs improved significantly, but the love handle lipo was inadequate, and she wasn’t g...iven any post operative instructions for fat transfer, so she flew back to Australia 9 days after surgery. Obviously the fat didn’t survive in her hips, and she was left with unevenness in her love handle region. So today, I removed 3.5 L of fat from her abdomen, love handles, sacral, and mobs pubis areas, and managed to inject 1.2L to each hip dip/buttock for a bubble butt which she requested.
