19.01.2022 Today is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Please light a candle at 7.00pm and leave it burning for an hour to mark this day and honour all the lives lost to pregnancy loss and newborn death.

18.01.2022 Folate and folic acid are important for pregnancy as it can help prevent birth defects known as neural tube defects, such as spina bifida. Folate is a B group vitamin needed for healthy growth and development. ~Gayle :)

Thank you for your update and happy 9 months to your beautiful little boy Tristan. ~Gayle 9 Months ago you came into my life they have been the best 9 months of my life. You are my little ray of sunshine. At 9 months old I have 2 bottom teeth, I can sit up by myself, I can move backwards and sideways and I can get up on my knees and rock back and forth

13.01.2022 Dr Myran is on a much deserved break and will return to the clinic on Monday January 8th. Our clinic will be open with reception only this week December 18th-22nd, 9am-5pm, except Tuesday 9am-1pm. Our clinic will reopen with reception only from January 2nd-5th 9am-1pm.... She is walking, and pointing, babbles away, and says lots of different words. She is also trying to climb! Myran is simply the best doctor, kind and patient....
