18.01.2022 Hi everyone, We would like to apologise for the confusion. Due to the ease on government restrictions being effective from 11:59pm on Friday, we are unable to open on Friday like we planned, instead we will reopen on Saturday the 16th instead. In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, while we have always ensured strict hygiene practices are followed, we have taken extra steps to ensure additional precautionary measures. These include - wiping down and disinfecting pedicure chairs after each client visit. - ensure that all surfaces that have been exposed to human contact is disinfected - ensuring that all clients are able to sanitise their hands in our salon ... - hygiene station at entrance/exit - increased supply of hand sanitiser in store On top of our regular hygiene practices which include - sterilising our metal tools - only using one time use tools that can not be cleaned including buffs and nail files. - changed plastic cover from each pedicure to ensure no cross contamination between client to client - tools are strictly used for each personal client and are not reused between clients These safety measures are put in place for the health and safety of our staff members and clients. Our priority is serving our customers to the best of our abilities. We seek to provide a relaxing and safe environment for our clients to enjoy. We would also ask that if you have recently travelled overseas or are feeling unwell that you take care of yourself and seek medical attention at home. We would just like to ask that you make a booking before coming in and if you do not have a booking, please do not say that you do as a consideration to our clients who have. If you do not have a booking we suggest you make one or call us prior to coming in to see if there is availability, clients who have bookings will be prioritised over w...alk in clients to ensure we can do our best work and not have rushed appointments. We have never had problems with clients letting us know if they have a booking or not but unfortunately that has been abused. Rushed appointments put our staff and clients under pressure, we want to create a relaxing environment for everyone to enjoy.
