Care must only be provided if the absence of, or delay of this care, would result in a significant change/ deterioration in the patient’s functional independence necessitating escalation of care. You do NOT require a GP referral. I understand this is frustrating and disappointing for many of our patients who rely on regular care to stay well and healthy. The collective goal is to limit our communities movement, keep everyone safe and be ready to resume regular care after 6 weeks.
