25.01.2022 Dromana U13 girls footy team are seeking a few more girls to join their team. This year's season has been shortened so it may be a good way of easing into a new sport and making friends with the great group we already have. Our first training session is this Sunday (21/6) at 11am. All are welcome to come along to watch or join in (COVID regulations in place). Looking forward to seeing you there.... Go Tigers

24.01.2022 As you may have heard, specific dates have been released for the return to sport. As much as we would love to get back out on the footy field or netball court, we need to ensure we are safe to do so and meet all the requirements set out by our governing bodies AFL, MPJFL, Netball Victoria, MPNA and the Mornington Peninsula Shire. Please complete the survey below to let us know your thoughts and assist us with planning the fixtures, training schedule, and safety requirements etc There's only 3 questions! Cheers Em xo https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LRWH9C6

20.01.2022 Hi Tigers! We are really looking forward to seeing you all back at training this week! We just want to take a minute to remind everyone of the important club protocols that are a directive of AFLVIC and the MPJFL. Please do NOT arrive early for training. ... Get in, train, get out. If you would like to have a catch-up after training once you have left the club that is fine, but there is to be NO early arrivals or catchups before or after the session. There is to be only 1 parent/guardian per child at training. You can wait in your car or adhere to the social distancing around the footy oval. Please do not have whole families attend until restrictions allow it. If you would like to assist your childs coach with training, please ensure you have completed your COVID-19 infection control certificate and sent a copy to your coach prior to the training session. We love helpers!!! Click on the this link to complete the training https://www.health.gov.au//covid-19-infection-control-trai Remind your child to sanitise their hands with the provided hand sanitiser when they arrive AND when they are leaving. Bring a water bottle for your child as the club will not be able to provide any for the time being. These simple steps are really important to keep us all safe! Please respect our volunteers directions and talk to your child about this too. Anyone found not adhering to the new protocols endangers the running and future of the club and may be asked to leave. Thankyou, DJFNC Committee.

12.01.2022 Hi Tigers! Hope everyone is doing well. As restrictions start to be relaxed we may be tempted to start team training sessions. The committee requests NO training as a team until we have been given clearance by the MPJFL and the MP shire. Starting too early may push any start date back even further. We will let everyone know ASAP when we can hit the track. Thanks for understanding and hope we see you all soon ... Kind regards DJFNC Committee See more

03.01.2022 Today we, as a local family run business, are celebrating the reopening of retail. The moment is bitter sweet as we recognise the businesses and families that h...ave been so devastatingly affected and those still yet to open. Our sporting clubs and community clubs will take a long time to recover. We are looking forward to supporting and sponsoring those clubs and help as much as we can to get life, particularly for the kids, back to 'normal'. We thank everyone in our community that have supported us and continue to support us. Words are not enough but THANK YOU See more

03.01.2022 MESSAGE FROM MPNA (netball) Good morning, Please relay this below information to your teams ASAP.... We expect as a minimum for people to follow the below: If a player, coach or umpire attends a school, tertiary institution or workplace that has been closed for more than 24 hours due to a confirmed COVID-19 outbreak, that theplayer, coach or umpire will not attend matches for a minimum of 1 week. This will be monitored on a case-by-case basis, depending on how long the closure lasts and whether or not it was precautionary rather than relating to a confirmed COVID-19 case. If a player has a fever, or other symptoms as outlined by DHHS (cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties), they are not to participate in a match. MPNA will be providing sanitiser at reception, kiosk and in the umpires room for all to wash hands thoroughly prior to the commencement of the match. At the end of the match, we suggest players do not need to shake hands with the opposition, but rather, as a team, chant 3 cheers for. And for Umpires, a thank you for the game!. Thanks MPNA Committee

03.01.2022 We would like to wish our Secretary a very Happy 40th birthday. We hope you have a lovely day with family and friends.
