18.01.2022 Hello Team Tonic! We are excited to announce our new virtual group fitness classes beginning Monday 30th March. 30 minute classes will be run via the free Zoom ...app Monday Friday at 9:30am + 5:30pm and Saturday 9am with our Tonic instructors. Head to https://zoom.us/ to download the app. You can use your phone/tablet/ computer from wherever you are to get your sweat on! All classes can be booked as you usually would on the Mindbody App (https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws ) All classes can be done without equipment but of course if you do have access to equipment we will give you the option to add it into your sessions if you would like to. If you wish to reactivate your membership and have access to these classes, please reply ‘activate membership’ via email or private message. We will email the link to the meeting (group fitness class) 60 mins prior to it commencing. We have trialled Zoom a few times now and have found it very easy to use. We hope that by having access to these classes you will be able to stay on track towards achieving your goals whilst seeing some familiar faces and having a laugh all from your own home. As interest grows for this service we hope to be able to add more classes and variety to the schedule. We need your help though, if you love your classes (which we hope you do!) share it! Screen shot your workouts, take sweaty selfies and post them to let your friends and followers know what we are doing. Stay fit. Stay Healthy
