25.01.2022 Finally our team were able to visit the Gulmarrad Rural Fire Brigade to present Dr Oncall’s donation. They were so appreciative. The donation of $25.897.18 was presented to Andrew, Keith and the Volunteers at the station this morning. Dr Oncall announced earlier this year, that any Doctor that worked in a fire affected area in Australia for the months of January and February, a percentage of the Dr Oncall profits would be donated to the Gulmarrad Rural Fire Brigade in suppor...t of their dedication in keeping our community safe. The donation was meant to be made in March however due to COVID-19 this was delayed until now. Today is quite significant as it was 12 months ago yesterday, when the Clarence Valley Community local bushfires started. Bush Fires were burning in the area for a long time. Thank you to our local fire fighters and a big thank you to all our Doctors that worked during these months.
