Unfortunately, there is no spray treatment to stop termites like we do for cockroaches and spiders. HOWEVER, THERE ARE OTHER PREVENTATIVE OPTIONS! AS A MINIMUM, we highly recommend a visual Termite Inspection of the home and property at least once a year. OTHER PREVENTATIVE OPTIONS. There are also other barrier and monitoring methods that can installed such as Ter...miticide Treated Soil Zone Installations, Reticulation Systems, Monitoring and Baiting Systems and ReKon Aggregation Boxes. 23.01.2022 This male funnel web spider has made his way up the wall of a house, through an open window and fell into the kitchen sink. Funnel webs spiders are a ground dwelling spider that usually live in burrows in the ground. During heavy rain they can be washed out of their burrows. 15.01.2022 This apartment block had an issue with pigeons getting into the roof. A knuckle boom lift was required to gain access to the roof, tiles were lifted back and the birds were removed. We also removed all the nesting material that was left in the roof cavity and treated the roof void for bird lice. The hole where the birds were entering was repaired and tiles put back in place.

13.01.2022 Yep, that’s Marks feet sticking out of the small opening to the back half of the subfloor! Have a look at the piece of timber he pulled out. Termites have had a feast! We can’t stress enough how highly we recommend an annual Termite Inspection of your home and property.

09.01.2022 This tree had been eaten by termites. It had become hollow on the middle. The owner had decided to cut the tree down as it was a danger to the house. Usually it is best to treat the termite infestation before removing any trees so the termites are not disturbed and decide to move on somewhere else. Unfortunallty these termites had made their way into the subfloor of the home, but were caught early. We drilled and treated the tree and trenched and flooded the root area to eradicate the termites. We then plug the holes. We highly recommend every home has an annual Termite Inspection. We also inspect your gardens on these appointments.
