All devices must pass through a uv sanitizer before they can be assessed or repaired. They will then pass through the sanitizer again before return to customer. We will no longer accept devices in cases. ... Any surfaces, door handles are being cleaned repeatedly throughout the day. Please notify staff is the device is being brought in from a quarantined customer.
