And because I love lime so much I added a few drops of lime essential oil to the cupcakes and the buttercream. Initially I wasn't sure if I had lemons or limes due to their colour but apparently limes can be yellow if they don't get enough sun, sounds very much like Canberra winter. Thank you to my dear friend Lana for the organic limes, I still have enough to enjoy a few afternoon margaritas.

I seem to have zero time to prep salads and I have become a regular at KFC drive through since isolation. ... . One thing I love and can whip up easily is a basic dumpling soup. . 5-6 store bought dumplings (always have them in the freezer), boil and add a chopped pak choy for the last 30 seconds. Add to a bowl, top with chicken or vegetable stock, add cracked pepper, hot cayenne pepper, a dash of Tamari and 1-2 drops of ginger essential oil. So easy and yum!
