25.01.2022 I did NOT feeling like training today! But I wrote a program, made myself a promise that I wouldnt leave the gym until it was done!! This is the start of week 3 for me, and I am not going to slip back. I wasnt enjoying it, but I did enjoy that I kept my promise.... The only person you need to compete with is yourself. Today I won Oh and of course I ended with some kickboxing

22.01.2022 An update on my progress: 3 weeks ago, this dress didnt zip up by at least 2cm! Ive had this dress for 8 or 9 years and it has only fitted me twice! So I decided 3 weeks ago to get back to who I really am and get to the gym, write myself a kick ass program and follow it! Zero cardio, strength training ONLY And that is exactly how Im zipping up this dress today. I also, and this is KEY, put myself into a calorie deficit and stuck to it .
