25.01.2022 Cream of the Crop Female Sale and Truvalle Droughtmaster Stud Dispersal results. Coolabunia Selling Complex Saturday 28 Novermber. Congratulations to all the vendors and buyers on such a successful day. (A huge shoutout to the sale organisers, Melanie and Graham Brown who do a terrific job year in, year out). This is a wonderful way to wrap up the 2020 Droughtmaster auction sale year.

25.01.2022 Deep Valley Clementine and daughter Daybreak Droughtmaster Clementine 1. We took Clementine to Kununurra meeting thousands of people along the way. Our aim was ...to raise awareness of mental illness in the community. That was in mid 2018. Late last year she presented and raised twin bull calves. And now a heifer calf. I get a real kick receiving photos of past Clementines with their new calves from supporters who have bought a Clementine. Anyone interested in becoming a Clementine owner should note we are offering two beautiful mated heifers in the next fortnight at sales in Boyanup and Manjimup. See more

03.01.2022 A HAPPY ENDING IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO KEEP THE STORY MOVING TO GET THERE. Alan Cohen Back in January, you may remember a story about a ple...a for help from Emma Thompson of Auzdown Droughtmasters in Warwick, for assistance with her small stud herd. After the passing of stud partner and Droughtmaster life member Pat Flynn, Emma was in the midst of extreme drought conditions that resulted in her making a heart breaking decision to re-home her and Pats beloved stud cows. The cows had seen better days and made the journey to Pimpama and greener pastures. Fast forward 10 months and this story has a happy ending with the females starting to calve. These girls have not missed a beat, are looking as shiny as new pins and must have gone in to calf nearly as soon as we put them with a bull - testament to the fertility and survivability of our beloved Droughtmaster cattle.
