25.01.2022 The longest geothermal hot water pipline in the world is 63 km, in Iceland. Googleing you may find some interesting information on geothermal heat transportation, and you may visit the site of NRG Thermal Corporation which exposes some steam long pipelines.

24.01.2022 Mmmmmmm, this is one of the many reasons why changing existing eco systems creates issues. We need to think bigger and CREATE our own fresh water Flash boil the abundant sea water into fresh water steam. ... Drought proof and green the back of Qld and this will draw more rains inland, which will benefit the whole Nation. Our economy will restart with agriculture and farming. Think bigger - laterally How can we create 1 to 5 gigalitres a day from the abundant dea water and sun and move it 2000km - a day ? SUSTAINABLY ?? Not outside power from the grid - or CO2 fuel source ? NO EXPENSIVE TO RUN OSMOSIS DESALINATION PLANTS

24.01.2022 What do you think?

21.01.2022 China is now the single biggest foreign owner of Australian water as farmers struggle to afford the precious resource due to hiked up prices Strangely, the NS...W Governments new water transparency bill - by Melinda Pavey - allows these Chinese companies to keep their identity secret. It doesnt cover foreign investors at all (my bill does). Investigative reporters have revealed the Chinese government owns some of these companies buying our water. How do we know this doesnt comprise our national interest? We demand transparency now! Read more: https://www.google.com.au//China-biggest-foreign-owner-Aus

21.01.2022 So the madness continues with now city south Australians paying to subsidies the cotton industry . To date Australian taxpayers have handed out approximately... $5 billion to northern cotton grower under water efficient programs , while some of the money led to just bigger dams/ flood plain harvesting in the catchment , stopping rains getting down the rivers . Now the northern basin of the Darling Barka stole the flood , and Menindee lakes at only 15 percent , which results on more pressure on the Murray River . So while we desperately need to protect our food supply / sustainable irrigators, the question is why should australian taxpayers subsidies cotton for the third time in last few years by running the desalinisation plant to get water to south Australians ? . This is a total Rort and all taxpayers must understand the greed and corruption . Inherent in government and the absurd subsidisation of cotton by every other Australian and the river system . 21.01.2022 The state of the water market is nothing short of scandalous. A complete rethink is required. The failures to accurately capture and record water trades by sta...te authorities is one of the factors driving fears over the role of investors in markets. "A number of farmers in the Murray-Darling Basin are concerned about investors buying water assets in the Basin, and then selling it on for a profit. "Weve got outside investors coming in, speculators coming in, buying it, analysing it and trying to work out what farmers will pay for water at any particular time," said John Argiro, a table grape farmer who is also the chair of the Australian Table Grape Association. "The investors have got to be taken out of it. Water should be traded amongst farmers." https://www.abc.net.au//water-officials-believed-/12340910? See more

20.01.2022 "What is clear is that the better the quality of the water, the better animals perform." The breakthrough in managing water in troughs lies in the use of a circ...ulation system powered by an 18V solar-powered pump. This system keeps the water constantly in motion and, importantly, keeps the water oxygenated. "Most bore water has low levels of oxygen, and also in warm water, the oxygen is rapidly depleted," Mr Grieger said. https://www.queenslandcountrylife.com.au//clean-water-cre/? See more

20.01.2022 Ladies and gentlemen , the whole ecosystem is collapsing and not just the Darling Barka river. Lignum that grew on the creeks that flow for the river cover hun...dreds of kilometres, and are collapsing due to the greed in the northern basin . Lignum was security for small marsupials and goanna and echidnas and the like now without protect they too are dying because of the greed. This is not about drought as I ( rob) have lived and watched the lignum all of my 55 years, now in the last few years it is gone and is Matt another victim of the flood plain harvesting . Please keep spreading the truth as your Datling Barka , First Nation Australians and everyone else needs your support as it kills communities , traditions and family business which are the backbone to your food security . 19.01.2022 Congratulations Mel Gray, great work putting this together.

18.01.2022 PAVEYS POWDER PUFF WATER BILL Why would you introduce a water transparency bill that EXCLUDES Chinese companies, political donors, politician spouses and water... licences politicians hold in family trusts? Why did John Barilaro, Steph Cooke MP and Gladys Berejiklian vote AGAINST making the bill retrospective? Watch as I drive a fleet of trucks through Melinda Paveys new water bill this week

18.01.2022 The personal abuse from National Party MPs started when I introduced my bill to force politicians to declare their water. It ramped up when I called on governm...ent to report on ICACs inquiry into NSW Nationals Murray Darling corruption (which commenced in 2017). Now, Wes Fang MLC has joined the pile on. They dont scare me. I will keep going. Today I made plans to re-introduce my Water Register Bill - with one change. I want to make MP water declarations retrospective - so if any MP has sold their water licence recently, they must still declare it. In the meantime, lets stop the personal attacks and work to together to get up that water royal commission.

17.01.2022 NATIONAL COMPETITION? IDEA ONLY Submissions and ideas to DROUGHT PROOF THE BACK OF QLD SUSTAINABLY?? ... Yes ! We need to better manage and potentially recycle more what limited fresh water reserves are available - however if we are ever going to finally drought proof - DROUGHT PROOF - I beleive we need to think bigger ?? Initially we need to be able to create more water than we need - we need to do this without robbing Peter to pay Paul , Mary , Bill , Joseph and more people that it can manage. Ie NOT TAKE FROM OR CHANGE OR MOVE ANY EXISTING WATER SOURCE OR ECO SYSTEM We need to think bigger and create more fresh water than we need and put it back into the systems to Re flush everything - it starts with Qld - If we can hypothetically finally DROUGHT PROOF and green the back of Qld - it will bring in more tropical rains inland - fill the flood plains - and the domino effect will flow onto all states on the mainland. We will have more fresh water than we need - A fresh water supply surplus that will slingshot the national economy and save guard with consistently significant economic returns for the next 100 years - very much like the Great Ocean Rd project. ***Goal ? We need 4-5 gigalitres of fresh water a day moved 2000km sustainably - SUSTAINABLY !! = (no fossil fuels or power from the grid) *** But even only an extra 1 gigalitre a day - up the back of Qld is a great start !!! And much more than many had in the recent droughts. Then we can scale up. $$$ It is worth $100k to $1million a day ??? I gigalitre of fresh water - we need 5 gigalitres a day and more. The returns are fast and immediate with fresh water. Conditions: (example) 1. Create 4-5 gigalitres of fresh water a day and ... 2. Not to rob, move or change any existing water source or eco systems 3. Not outside power source from the grid 4. No fossil fuels 5. Best if fresh water doesnt touch the ground or water market owns it 6. Self sustaining 7. Move 1 - 5 gigalitres - a day - 2000km SUSTAINABLY *** Bonus for factoring in : 8. Power generation potentials 9. Power storage potentials (Eg. Pumped hydro) 10. Accompanying Transport corridor / rail / road ? 11. Communications corridor and cabling 12. Reverse recycled grey water desalination and further recycle 13. ?? 14. Competition could be open with a sizeable prize that could help stimulate the economy and get some good thinking caps on ?? Universities ?? Engineering firms ?? Think Tanks ?? Military team ?? CSIRO team ?? Mining team ?? Farming / Irrigators team ?? Feasibility could become a factor of chosen ideas ??? Much more to fine tune ?? This is just a thought in progress but if you like the direction , please add yr input and contributions and share with other like minded and those you know in government ?? Thoughts ???

15.01.2022 Good work Helen

14.01.2022 Fire in Australia: some lessons from history.

14.01.2022 Australia is the driest inhabited continent on earth, and the country’s interior has one of the world’s lowest rainfalls. But water is critical to sustainable development. We don't think enough is being done to ensure the lifeline that water is. What do you think?

14.01.2022 Very concerning that two-thirds of Queensland is still drought-declared and, despite recent downpours, water remains a pressing issue in many people's minds. Wivenhoe Dam contains less than half its capacity, while storage in dams across the South-East Queensland water grid has fallen to 61.3 per cent.

14.01.2022 The NSW Nationals have lobbied the NSW Electoral Commission to abolish my seat. Their official reason - to give people in remote parts of the state better acces...s to the local member. The Nats proposed re-drawing of electoral boundaries would force me out of Parliament of NSW. Seems they are too scared to take me on at election time - so are trying to rig the rules to get rid of me.

13.01.2022 Love this and how true!

12.01.2022 Well done Helen - expose the water corruption

11.01.2022 A new convergence of energy - transport - fresh water and communication internet to power and move 1 to 4 gigalitres of created freshwater and recycled grey water 2000 km a day down the back of Queensland from Burketown to Bulloo Downs - to finally drought proof and green our state - SUSTAINABLY meaning not relying on fossil fuel use or any other energy from existing grids to power and operate. 11.01.2022 Today we're taking you to outback Queensland to the Channel Country, famous for its braided channels that come to life after rainfall. The Channel Country is lo...cated in southwest Queensland, extending into South Australia and New South Wales. About 70% of the Channel Country's estimated 280,000 sq km can be found in Queensland. Covering the Cooper and Eromanga geological basins that form part of the Great Artesian Basin, this part of the world is a series of ancient flood plains within an outback arid landscape. When the area gets enough rainfall, the Channel Country comes to life from dry desert channels to flowing waterways. The channels begin to fill as water flows downstream from over 700km away, making their way to towns like Windorah and Birdsville. : Helen Commens captured this spectacular photo of floodwaters as they moved through Ourdel Station, Windorah in Southwest Queensland back in 2008. Find out more about the last big flood in this region in our blog: http://ow.ly/YOFA50BG4z7

11.01.2022 Great article - let us know what you think!

09.01.2022 Understand this article below is not Australia - but you may be surprised at what is really going here in Aus as well with the water market ?? Any rain that fallls from our skies belongs to the Canadian pension fund and other foreign and political investors - as soon as it touches the ground - our ground. Absolute insider trading, control, mismanagement, manipulation and total conflict of interests!! Criminal ? Someone who benefits from the loss of another = Criminal !! Over... 1 billion animals, wildlife and livestock dead !! This is only an iota of what the insidiously corrupt water market has really cost $$$ us as a Nation ?? We should be the food bowl to 3/4 of the worlds population - right around us in Asia - India and Africa. Just need to add water and finally drought proof our states, after 200 yrs ! Statewide Sustainable Water Infrastructure will cost 1/10th the cost again of an iota of the cost of the water market - an iota ? over one billion animals - wildlife and livestock dead !!! Its only an iota of the REAL COST of our current water market

09.01.2022 Flood plains is were the rivers flood over the banks and water spreads over the dry lands farmers padlocks thats havent see rain for years . Its apart over the lands water intitments and bring on our wet springs and our weather and our environment and what it means to our country or rivers Give us back our water and give us back more water for a healthy river system . At what cost to NSW Victoria. and South Australia. As our states relys on floods from Queensland, And...Continue reading

08.01.2022 Sustainable water means a nation that can be water self-sufficient: ensuring there is enough water to meet multiple needs, from agriculture to municipal and industrial. Sustainable water also means that the economics stack up in matching supply and demand and the water delivery process is as efficient as possible. How close do you think we are to this scenario?

06.01.2022 Oh dear - are we going to have another drought filled year do you think? Below-average rainfall at most locations Most locations reported around 30% to 80% of their August average, with rainfall totals ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm in Greater Brisbane. Rain was generally reported over three days in August: to 9am on the 7th, 15th and 16th. A cold front swept over south-east Queensland on the 7th, producing widespread moderate falls across the south-east; most locations reported... their wettest day to 9 am on the 8th. A cloud band developed along a surface trough on the 14th, with showers bringing mainly light falls to the south-east on the 15th and 16th See more

05.01.2022 Bit off the norm - but you all need to see this and the accompanying video and hopefully relax - this CoV is another ..... Back to good old common sense - immune system. Please watch and share and look after yourselves, fruit - remember vitamin C ? Vegetables ? Zinc zinc zinc zinc daily - zinc makes all the other things work in the cells - very important ... Well be ok - once the web of lies lift https://www.bitchute.com/video/HeC0tHZDX7dk/

04.01.2022 2000km fresh water pipe down the back of Qld Gaddafi built a 4000km fresh water pipe for his people, right around Libya That is until Killary and OBomber bombed it ???? And Killary had Gaddafi murdered ??? Why ?? ... https://youtu.be/mlz3-OzcExI We have the same nefarious trickle down non accountability in our governments. We can drought proof and green our state. A 2000km fresh water pipe is on par with a 300km very difficult ocean Rd in cost and effort. After 200 years of experience of fires - floods - droughts and extreme weather conditions- we have the know how and smarts. Once we drought proof Qld and refill the robbed flood plains - rain fall will precipitate inland and benefit and green all states of the mainland. We need to create water - not rob it from somewhere else. Water = money = $$$ Water literally grows the economy We should be creating as much of it as possible until we have a surplus and have finally drought proofed our states and Nation.

03.01.2022 We need to find better ways to establish our waterways...

03.01.2022 Cats out of the bag now .

03.01.2022 This is well worth half an hour of your time!

01.01.2022 This why we are here to find better ways to sourse water with out killing our rivers systems .

01.01.2022 The evidence just keeps stacking up that we need to protect Channel Country rivers and floodplains from fracking. Annastacia Palaszczuk MP Leeanne Enoch MP it...s time to deliver on your promise for better protections for the sake of nature, communities, tourism and grazing in the Lake Eyre Basin. See more
