04.01.2022 Patient Update - St Andrew's-Ipswich Private Hospital We are following the advice of Queensland Health and increasing the use of PPE (personal protective equipm...ent) in our hospital due to the COVID-19 cluster impacting the Greater Brisbane area. All patients must wear a mask when entering the hospital, except when they are in their own bed. Patients will be provided with a mask when they arrive at the hospital. Access to the hospital is ONLY via the main entry. Everyone who enters the hospital must undergo temperature screening and complete electronic screening via the QR code scanning system on entry. In addition, visitors are currently not permitted at the hospital, with some exceptions for maternity patients, end-of-life visits or on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your support as we work through this time together.
