11.01.2022 This youthful 45 year old woman wanted a natural improvement to her lower lids. She had tried fillers and non-invasive options but was not satisfied with the results. I performed a trans-conjunctival lower lid volumising blepharoplasty (VLLB) with fat repositioning internally to the tear trough depression without any that excision.
