We will immediately inform our DPS, Drummond and Yandoit communities about arrangements for the remainder of Term 1 and going forward as soon as it becomes official through the Department of Education. 14.01.2022 I've just completed a teaching stint at Drummond Primary School, located in a beautiful setting between Daylesford and Malmsbury. This place is magic for kids (...and teachers!). Surrounded by extensive, park like gardens, the school dates back to the Gold Rush era and is made up of a combination of original buildings and modern, solar powered classrooms. Vegie patches combine with flower beds to give a country garden feel, and a big, well equipped kitchen has proved productive in our cooking ventures throughout this term! Many thanks to the students and parents who have made me feel so welcome. Enrollments have dropped recently though, and this precious and unique resource should be shared by many more. If you're considering moving into the area (and this includes Kyneton) and have young kids, contact Daylesford Primary School to arrange a tour. I don't think you'll be disappointed! See more

03.01.2022 Wonderful to be back in the classroom!! - although most of our time has actually been spent outdoors preparing our garden beds for new plantings. Tomatoes and potatoes have gone in already, corn and silver beet next. We've also been cleaning out the old pond and have plans to create a fresh water habitat with fish, frogs and native grasses.

03.01.2022 We're looking forward to next year! We will be having kinder to prep transition mornings on Fridays from October 30 through to 11th December.
