08.01.2022 Meet the team! This is Thiago! Thiago is from São Paulo in Brazil and he is a highly skilled mixologist and we are very lucky to have him on the team! He is passionate about transforming raw materials into culinary art! His top tip is to always choose Tasmanian produce ideally on account of its freshness and consistently high quality! It’s a tough call but his favourite drink to make is a Negroni and if you’re looking for an authentic Caipirinha, he’s definitely your man ... Thiago worked the bar on cruise ships all over the world in a past life and has travelled to 46 different countries - and loves making the most of this worldly experience and knowledge mixing up liquid delights with his creative flair!
