04.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the announcement made by the Australian Dental Association, on the 26th March to implement Level 3 restrictions, we have been advised to temporarily close our practice. It happened very quickly without much notice at all. We apologise for the inconvenience it has had on our patients and current appointments. This means all routine treatments and procedures MUST be postponed until this restriction is lifted, unless you have a dental emergency where ...by you have dental pain, trauma or dental disease that is impacting your health. We understand your frustration, we do! We also must work together by abiding by these rules and regulations set by our governing bodies to beat this horrible virus! Please understand this temporary closure is not by choice, we want to be at work seeing our beautiful patients and creating beautiful smiles. 02.01.2022 Announcement of temporary closure. Dr Geoffrey Wexler’s Orthodontic clinic is temporarily closed under Level-3 restrictions, placed by The Australian Dental Association and State & Federal Governments. We apologise for the short notice. Our staff are working extremely hard offsite to help with your needs. What this means for our patients is, the Government will only allow us to see emergency patients. ... At present we must defer all non essential adjustment appointments until these restrictions have been lifted. There are strict guidelines that we must follow which outlines what an emergency is. We recommend if you are experiencing any problems with your orthodontic treatment to email us at [email protected] and one of our friendly staff members will be able to help you with your concerns. We understand that a number of appointments have been affected and we will do our best to reschedule appointments in a timely fashion. Please be assured that even though we cannot see you in the practice your treatment is still continuing and we are working on ways to support you remotely.
