15.01.2022 What crazy things have you started this COVID period that you might never have attempted before? For me, Im learning to run and not just run but Im going to do a half marathon teams event in just over one month time. Pre-COVID the most running I had attempted was the couch to 5km and then some short bits on my cross trainer. ... Now (week 4), Im doing at least 5-7km (outdoors) interval style mixing it up with road running, tail runs, beach runs and really anywhere that has some nice scenery. 12.01.2022 Patience is a virtue when making a sourdough starter! We are almost half way here and I cant wait to use this on the weekend, oooh looking forward to that lovely bread smell all through the house. 08.01.2022 With the kids all back at sports until late at night, a bit of prep is needed to save time and fill their bellies. These wholemeal pizza muffins and so quick and easy to make just use 3 cups self raising flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons tomato paste and then add in your pizza topping choices and maybe some oregano too.
