15.01.2022 Hi all. So regional Victoria are going into Stage 3 lockdown again from Wednesday. For everyone’s information, Jess and I ARE STILL WORKING during these times. Rest assured, we will be taking every precaution when it comes to virus control. We will be wearing masks as expected and before each and every job, ALL OUR EQUIPMENT AND SHOES are disinfected using our COVID-19 killing products. We have 5 children, 1 of our kids had cancer (in remission) and is immunocompromised, so we are aware of what it takes and are also very pedantic when it comes to sanitising. There’s no more important time to make sure your homes are cleaned and sanitised to protect you and your family. If anyone is sick, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule. Stay safe all.

13.01.2022 Sometimes we turn up to a job where our low moisture cleaning will not suffice (Usually carpets with very very heavy liquid soiling.) Fortunately for them we also offer and are trained, experienced, certified and insured in Steam Cleaning (HWE) with our commercial carpet cleaning equipment. A short video of Jess on the wand yesterday in a room that had been heavily mistreated. We’re 99% sure we are the only company in the area that offers both dry cleaning (VLM) and Steam Cleaning (HWE).

12.01.2022 Wow, I made a post for our awesome loyal clients just to let you all know we were unavailable from Wednesday this week until Friday as my little Stepdaughter Mia had to attend Melbourne for an MRI after an aneurism was detected on her brain. The response, personal inbox messages, and messages via Facebook and Phone have blown us away. We wish we could reply to you all individually however it would take us hours. Mia, Jess and I are now tucked up in bed in a cabin in Melbourne while we await the results (Hopefully) tomorrow from the ENT. (Photo ~ Jess and Mia tucked up in bed together) ~ Nathan

08.01.2022 Been a while since our last post. Thanks to all our amazing clients, we have been run off our feet the past 3 weeks. From carpets, to upholstery, to tile and grout and everything in between. The amount of flood/water and restoration work that has come in has been mind boggling. On the down side, someone had crashed into our flood van and driven off causing almost $4000 in damages. Thanks to a friend who witnessed the incident we we able to track them down. Nathan has now broken a finger (while working in Robinvale) and (Today) done his back in (Bulging Disc), putting him off the rest of the week. Irregardless, we are still here for all your needs and requirements (Well I am anyway). Do not hesitate to give us a call ~ Jess

06.01.2022 When we started/quoted this job, we wished we’d taken before photos then. However we started work, then stopped after and hour to take before shots. Obviously this isn’t carpet, but a wood floor trashed by the previous tenants. We were asked if we could help prepare this home to be rented back out. We gladly accepted the challenge and are happy with the outcome. Thanks all to our awesome clients for your support through our journey as a family run business. We are looking forward to next year working with you all. Jess, Nathan and our tribe of offspring.

03.01.2022 VERY IMPORTANT INFO. PLEASE READ. We know we aren’t the Cheapest in the area. But we are trained by multiple organisations (Not Just Drytron), certified, experienced and insured. Today we were asked to assess a property by a real estate agency where there was an extreme odour present. This properties carpet was ‘cleaned’ by another carpet cleaning business in Mildura. As a result of too much water used, the carpet and underlay have been over wet and as a result has reigni...ted what looks to be an old urine problem, plus also causing Fungi and Bacteria growth and also what looks like mould growth. The carpet and underlay was also returning moisture readings between 25 and 85%. At the time of the previous clean, we were advised it all looked and smelt great, which is normal. However, over time and due to the moisture trapped and in the right conditions, a very expensive and negative outcome occurs. Now the owner has to fork out for new carpet, new underlay, new smooth edge and for the treatment of the affected areas. The other carpet cleaner charged $75 for the lounge room and 2 bedrooms. Our cost for these size rooms would of been $110. Now the owner is up for over a $1000 repair job as their previous tenant opted to choose the cheaper option. Nathan and Jess See more

03.01.2022 To all our loyal awesome clients. Next Wednesday (17/6) and Thursday (18/6) we have to shut down as Jess’s beautiful daughter and my step-Daughter Mia has to attend the Children’s Hospital in Melbourne after suffering a Brain Aneurism. She has been slowly deteriorating over the past few weeks and after some tense phone calls, we have managed to secure an urgent MRI appointment. We’ll (Or me at least) will be back on deck Friday (19/6). If we don’t answer the phone on Wednesday or Thursday we ask that you please leave a message and we guarantee we’ll get back to you promptly. We’ll have our diary and phone with us. Nathan

02.01.2022 There is ‘carpet cleaning’ and there is ‘advanced stain removal’. Today we were contacted after a clients child had fun with their Nail Polish. The result isn’t perfect however the real estate will be pleased the tenants rectified the issue. Sometimes we can’t remove permanent marks, such as bleach or dyes but in most circumstances most other marks can be removed (if dealt with in a timely manner). However, If you do have carpet bleach or dye mark issues these can definitely rectified perfectly by contacting our mates and colleagues Brad Mccallum and Carla Garraway who own and operate Industrial Forensic Cleaning. 01.01.2022 We have the best clients who are all over Sunraysia. Thank you all for your support over these trying times. We aren’t perfect but we will always give 100%, whether it be with the services we provide, Jess’s friendly non stop talking nature or my Sarcasm. Today, we received a random act of kindness. A new client who we have never met, done any work for, nothing. It was only a small job, lounge/Dining combined and a hallway. This man had heard of Jess’s little daughters battle.... As he was leaving to return to work he handed us $50 and said, This is for your daughter. We tried to return it however he wasn’t interested. I took this to Jess and let her know. She just broke down. She was speechless (For once). These small things some people do really have a positive impact on your day. To this client, we thank you deeply. FYI, this $50 has all gone to Mia, who said I can now get some new glasses because mine are always blurry now (Probably because of the lesion behind her eye).
