Here is an example of some lashes of a client who wears heavy makeup daily, without cleansing, When this client came in for an infill the build up was so bad on these lashes that when brushed through they just came straight off, natural lash included.... Too much build can cause damage to the hair follicle , it also breaks down the glue and the weight of the build up can cause the lashes to pull/snap off. 22.01.2022 Why having a deposit and cancellation policy can help improve your business You are booked back to back, running on a very tight schedule and you have a client arrive 20 minutes late....now your whole day has turned into chaos, the following day you have 3 No Shows and 1 client cancelling 10minutes before their appointment, You are now 4 clients down and will not make budget for the week.... How can you avoid this? Having strict policies in place will Insure that these issues are avoided. Now I hear you saying "I'm scared to take deposits or have cancellation fees I might lose clients" incorrect you will only lose clients who do not value your time and your business.
