24.01.2022 Hi All We are going to post up some of our test cooks over the next few weeks. Here is one of our first cooks in the 16in smoker and as you can see we still have a bit of room to spare. Inside are 2 x 2.7kg pork shoulders and a 2.6 kg brisket, it was about a 10.5 hour cook. So tender and delicious.

23.01.2022 The "Monster" This is the first one we built. A huge cooking chamber which is 25 inches in diameter and 59 inches long, made out of 6mm plate. It has 2 shelves, 950mm long and 500mm wide and an internal rail for hanging fish/sausage links. This size would be good for a commercial application

23.01.2022 Unfortunately one of the wheels failed on the last smoker we delivered before we upgrade to the new type. Because we stand behind our products, we replaced all of the wheels with the new type that we are using on our smokers now. The customer will have no more problems with these heavy duty greaseable wheels.

22.01.2022 This is a 16in with 2 shelves and hanging bar. She is a great BBQ smoker for back yard BBQ or party. Can easily feed approx 40 peeps

22.01.2022 Hi All So more test cooking last weekend and we are really happy to say that you can not just smoke meat but just add a couple of pizza stones and crank up the heat and now you have pizza oven. We can say she worked a treat and the pizzas were yummy

18.01.2022 So today we got to do a big cook for one of our extended family who works for WA Fire Brigade for a function at their house for their work mates. Unfortunately I did not get photos of the finished cook but to give you an idea what you can cook in our 16 inch smoker, we have 3x1.5kg brisket and 3.5kg pork on the bottom rack and you still have the top rack to go

15.01.2022 Hi All So the next installment of our cooking, we had a couple of 2.7 kg pork shoulders for pulled pork and two big trays of veggies. We were not sure on the veggies but it turned out awesome and was a beautiful meal

13.01.2022 Hi All For this cook up we have pork ribs, beef ribs and pork belly. So from the first picture, a good amount of meat on the bench, we put some dry rubs on the ribs and cooked for about 5 1/2 hours, pork belly we turned into pork burnt ends.

12.01.2022 So it been a while since we posted but we have been working on building smaller rev off set smoker and hopefully it will great starter for some people to get in to. We will have more info on the new smoker soon

10.01.2022 Hi All Our newest upgrade has come in this week so our smokers will come with this of set heavy duty wheels. Our 16in will have a set of 5in wheels and on the little brother we will put a set of 4in ones as there is a bit of weight difference in the two smokers

09.01.2022 So a couple of pics of the finished product, we ended up with beef ribs and pork belly burnt ends. As you can see, it was only a small cook for us. So our 16in smoker can do little and big cook up's

06.01.2022 Ok our last cook for 2019 was 4 porks all around 2.2kg each with 4 different flavors and cooked for about 10 hours and all turned out great and taste

04.01.2022 Hi All This is a 16in smoker we delivered last week and as you can see we refined our design for a better quality product
