25.01.2022 We have 4 egr kits for the 70 series Toyota landcruiser ready to go if anyone is interested in a kit. 100% egr fix and also eliminates compressor surge from your vnt turbo. The kits can be switched from vehicle to vehicle as long as it's in the 70 series range of landcruisers, although we haven't had a chance to try the kit on the new 2017 model yet. The kit comes with full installation instructions and the price will remain at $550 plus postage till the end of the year. Cheers

23.01.2022 Another John Deere 8335R we done a DPF and EGR shutdown earlier on in the year and has now done well over 500hrs work since being Remapped and hasn't missed a beat. 13.01.2022 Challenger MT765C CAT C9 ACERT Pre tune the machine operating in 7th gear at 7.4kms could not go up a gear pulling a NDF 12m planter and Gyral STR 18500 air seeder while using 99% engine load and 50L/HR of fuel. ... Post tune 7th gear at 7.4kms running at a nice 60% engine load and 40L/HR while pulling the same implement. That's a reduction of 20% in fuel usage While also being able to now go up 3 gears without a drama. Customer was over the moon to say the least. 11.01.2022 Some photos of the intake manifolds on a v8 landcruiser ute with 100,000kms shows just how much build gets in these manifolds. Bottom photo is a 500ml container. This starts to get this bad at 50,000kms.

07.01.2022 Hi all just a bit of insight on what I will be selling as a business. DPU power modules for 70 series v8 toyota landcruisers, Hilux and Prado. 50% more power and 15% better fuel economy for landcruiser models. Also have pedal modules as well which are a good addition to your vehicle making acceleration more responsive. EGR kits for 70 series v8 toyota landcruiser models which I believe is essential to have if you want your engine running on clean air and not recycled exhaust gases causing intake manifolds to block up. Also selling catch cans to stop oily mist going into your intake manifold Plus a whole range of performance upgrades from turbo upgrades, crossover pipes, baffle plates for engine breather and injector upgrades. 05.01.2022 John Deer 8335R now running DPF and EGR free after being shutdown via ECU Remapping. These tier 4 systems cause long periods of down time due to DPF blockages, DPF restrictions and sensor faults. A simple service DPF regeneration takes up to 4.5hrs to complete and I'm sure this customer will be happy with not having to put up with the inconvenience of the problems that occurs with these systems.

04.01.2022 7760 cotton picker. These older tier 3 7760 pickers tend to lack power in the paddock and more so while bailing, dropping engine and fan speed revs and slowing down ground speed. Once tuned this particular machine would barely drop its revs while bailing and went up from 3.8mph to 4.4mph in ground speed in a heavy crop all day. We didn't get exact fuel savings but the customer is seeing a 10ltr per hour fuel saving while bailing. We were also able to shutdown the EGR system on this one without any reoccurring fault codes, dropping engine and exhaust gas temperatures. 02.01.2022 Mack Superliner Cummins ISX EGR 550hp up to a custom 580hp - 1950ft lb tune. We seen a 10 degrees drop in engine temperature as well as a 10% increase in fuel economy. ... 02.01.2022 John Deere 9430T 13.5ltr PowerTech plus John Deere 9430T now equivalent to a 9630T. This machine was previously tuned but the customer was wanting more power so he could operate without the engine dying down to 1800rpm at a planting depth of 7 inches in the ground due to moisture problems. ... Not only did we achieve his requirements of operating at 2100rpm at the same speed and planting depth we also got a 10L per hr drop in fuel economy.
