25.01.2022 Practice makes perfect! It took me months of practice to perfect the ‘superman’ push up (not to mention all the cuts and bruises) but finally I have the technique down pact! It’s the same with working out. You may not have ever picked up a dumbbell, done a ‘push-up’ or even stepped into a gym for that matter. The fear around thinking you ‘cant’ do something is the only thing holding you back. With time and practice, you can do anything you set your mind to. 21.01.2022 My journey started somewhere... On the left is me 11kgs (21% BF) heavier with little motivation to train and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. On the right is me 11kgs (7% BF) lighter with 100% dedication to living a healthy lifestyle which included regular exercise, a diet full of nutritious and healthy food and as well as a healthier and positive mind. My passion for health and fitness became strong when I realised that I was not looking after my body the way I should ...be. I was sluggish and tired from poor nutrition, I lacked all motivation and I didn’t feel confident about myself anymore. This is when my desire for wanting to be the best version of myself really ignited and while I knew this was going to be a challenge, it was going to be one that was worth it. I learnt so much about how important it is to not only exercise, but to maintain a healthy and sustainable diet and lifestyle. My overall wellbeing improved significantly as well as my confidence and my passion to want to want to help others achieve their goals just as I did. You may think it not possible but with 100% commitment and dedication, it is 100% possible! Your journey starts somewhere... 17.01.2022 Hi guys! As some of you may know, I have recently finished my cert 3 & 4 in Personal Training and am now fully qualified. Health and fitness has been a passion of mine since I was young and this is what lead me into the PT industry. Through my journey I’ve learnt that fitness isn’t just about how you look, it also about how you feel. I believe that a balanced lifestyle is the key to success and this is a learning I want to teach my clients.
