24.01.2022 Today at @joeyscandizzosalon we performed a infectious control clean, focusing on high touch areas, what are frequently touch areas in your facility? We focused on the all seating chairs, the front desk, salons basins, product shelves, front door, seating bay window and colour tables. @joeyscandizzosalon already do a fantastic job with sterilising there equipment and tools in between clients. Having a deep infectious clean once a weekly is a great way for there salon to be reset and deep cleaned ensuring the safety of there staff and the there clients. 18.01.2022 This is Tamara Southee, who is our Operations Assistant who supports our Operations Director and Clients Services Managers. Tamara main focus is our national customer support centre ensuring our clients and suppliers are responded to in a timely manner. Tamara coordinates our special response teams cleaning schedules and reporting. She is dedicated in acting very responsive and supportive to our service delivery team and clients. Tamara also prepares our quotes and proposal for all of our Ad-Hoc services window cleaning, steam cleaning, high pressure wash cleaning. Tamara also coordinates al our client consumable stock orders and ensures the timely deliveries.

Working closely with the Operations Coordinator to oversee daily business operations, She liaises with various departments to improve performance and work efficiency. Jemmahs role encompasses monitoring sales orders and supplier relations, compiling reports and distribute them to relevant people and attending to any correspondence and emails by staff, clients and suppliers.
