She did first coat in the garage and I was that Impressed, I told her to roll the final coat in the toilet. They came out faultless. Going to be a gun painter!

16.01.2022 Unfortunately, even professionals do not do a correct job. We are repainting a property around 7 years old and their matrix boards have not been undercoated from brand new. The undercoat is designed to penetrate the surface and provide a foundation that the top coats can adhere to and give your home the protection it needs with our Queensland weather. Without undercoat, paint will just sit on top of the surface and will peel off easily with any interference. In this case, ...causing a leak on a lower soffit. Being on the water, your home faces much more damaging conditions with how much salt is in there air. If you are not using premium paint, your home will oxidize and paint become chalky and in this case, your render will crack.
