We've had an awesome end to the week at our QLD branch and I'm excited to boast the following; - Four new managements by 10am!... - A $35 per week increase on one of our executive style townhouses that was leased in 4 hours and it's only 3 bedrooms (another break lease) It was my first day off leave today and despite all the extra Vitamin D and a 6:30am wake up call with a new management, the below quote rings very true... 20.01.2022 Whilst finishing up and reflecting on the week just gone by, I have to admit that we are so incredibly blessed with some awesome tenants on the Gold Coast. Two tenancies have excitably broke their leases this week due to purchasing their own properties. While discussing dates the property will become available, both tenants chime in with; "It's all good if you increase the rents despite us breaking the lease.....it's not like you couldn't achieve it anyway at the moment"... Why thank-you...don't mind if we do :) Two break leases - $25 per week increases on each Happy Friday! (In QLD we can't increase the rent if the lease is broken so to have two tenants offer the increase is unheard of)

ALL of our Gold Coast properties are leased and I get to sleep in ... First email for the day; it certainly sets the tone for the rest of it Quality tenants are so hard to come by so the sentiments go both ways: "Many thanks Kylie, I have loved having you as a property manager highly recommend your work" - Amanda Amanda is one of our tenants that are vacating. 01.01.2022 There’s been a lot of bragging from the Queensland side of the business recently, but we’re here to tell you that the South Australian market is scorching hot at the moment. Over a 12-day period, we leased 7 properties in the following suburbs: Largs North, Unley, Salisbury Downs, Salisbury North, Toorak Gardens, Ingle Farm and Morphett Vale. And to top it all off we only needed 5 viewings to get it done. Now that’s efficiency!

Today is the day we reflect back on how far we've come - starting as a 1 man band working out of home in 2016, to now having an office in the blue chip Adelaide suburb of Unley with multiple awesome staff and lots of rental properties across both Adelaide and the Gold Coast.
