24.01.2022 This is what 12 months of dedication and hard work looks like. in 2019 weight was around 62kg with max calorie day sitting at 1800cals with an average of around 1650 cals a day over the week with a very strict eating plan, fast forward to 2020 and weight is under 57kg, max calorie day is 2200 cals with an average of just under 1900cals a day over the week.The eating plan is very flexible now with a percentage of meals/calories just have the macros set and food of choice can be eaten. It has taken nearly 10months to get to a point where we were both comfortable with this food arrangement but it is definitely paying off now.Well done young lady and keep up the great work

12.01.2022 Client Chris has been smashing his weight training the last 3months, 4 weight sessions a week with 1 cardio session.As you can see his posture and physique has changed alot over this time. Chris is an insulin depended diabetic so keeping things steady and no big changes with training or food is vital for Chris to be able to maintain his blood sugar levels. He also was just married and had two weeks away where his training was put on hold as he obviously had more important things to worry about. As you can see his weight is still the same but he has lost over 20cm so far and continues to train hard and get results even tho we are in lockdown. Congrats mate your hard work is definitely paying off.Keep up the great work
12.01.2022 COVID Client Transformation Amali came to me after having an extremely stressful/busy time finishing uni and over the time had fallen into some unhealthy habits.Training was at a very minimum and lifestyle habits had also slipped into unhealthy stages. To Amalis credit she did everything that was asked of her with training and food/habit changes with some really great changes to body composition initially. Amali had thyroid problems,fatty liver and high cholesterol(previously... determined by doctor) and over the 6 months Amali had several checkins and blood tests to track progress and eventually was given the all clear with fatty liver gone, thyroid function back to normal and Cholesterol back to normal. Even through all the lockdowns and having next to no equipment at home to use Amali found a way to continue getting results and taking small steps towards getting under 70kg goal. Over the 6 months Amali was able to loss 8.6kg,14cm from her chest,10cm from her waist,14.5cm from her hips for a total of nearly 40cm just from those 3 spots. Not only did she hit her weight goal, she now has changed her lifestyle, she trainings most dasher sleep is alot better and like all clients she now has all the tools to continue this journey with or without me and life a healthy and happy life. This is why we do what we do, the gratification you get from helping someone achieve their goals and see how it changes their life inside and out is amazing. Great work and keep up the good work. 08.01.2022 It’s been a while since I posted a shirt off pic so here it is. This is the look when I realised my little legs still hate running and I set a challenge with my clients I can run 5km in under 22min within the next 3wks.
08.01.2022 Here is client Emma, she is a working mum of 5yr old young lady and like most modern day parents has limited time during work days to get things done BUT like anyone who is successful she has made time by sacrificing sleep and tv time to make room for training. STARTING WEIGHT 82KG+ SEPTEMBER 2018 CURRENT WEIGHT 67.5KG- 18 months, 14.5kg+ so far. Emma Has made some massive lifestyle changes over the last 12-18 months.With her starting weight over 82kg and no real guidance or ...routine, Emma made an awesome but hard decision to reach out and ask for help which often can be the hardest thing to do when first starting your weight loss journey. We have slowly created healthier/better food choices, at the start we didn't track calories but more food groups, water intake and generally how her body was feeling overall during the week. Training has become a staple in her daily/weekly routine now with 3-4 weight sessions,1-2 cardio sessions and her daily steps over 10,000. Emmas calories and macros are set for training days and non training days/cardio days. We monitor progress through weekly checkin pics, weight, recovery and general wellbeing during the week. We had a goal last year of getting under 70kg before a Fuji trip,Emma hit 69.9 2 days out from holiday which was awesome. 05.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION I started training Chris at the start of the year and the first thing I noticed while doing face to face PT is that Chris was pushed hard, he never said no to a little extra weight on an exercise or if I asked him to push 1-2 ore reps, he was a machine when it came to GETTING IT DONE as they say. Chris is a office worker but has found some love in lifting weights and during these tough times has bought himself enough equipment to continue training and sm...ashing his weight loss goes. If you are looking for a long term result dont look to a short term solution, fad diets, weight loss miracle formulas and short weight loss challenges dont work long term,LIFESTYLE CHANGES are the only way you can loss weight and continue to keep it off. 03.01.2022 A massive shout out to this legend who has now lost over 15kg, not only she changed her lifestyle while continuing to chip away at her weight goals,continue to smash her weights sessions and live a normal unrestricted life while watching what she eats and drinks all while being a parent and a lot of the time doing it on her own while hubby is away working. You should be extremely proud of what you have achieved so far and I am super lucky to have had the privilege to help you get this far. 60kg here we come
