25.01.2022 Listed this lovely 3 bedroom townhouse last Tuesday, had an amazing response at first open on Thursday. 7 groups attended the open and received a total of 5 applications, all quality applications. Application approved Friday afternoon and deposit paid. Sadly always have to disappoint some people as can only be one successful applicant. I said no only second week of campaign. She said well your signboard has gone. I said no way and to my shock it was. Wow wow someone Stole the signboard. I just cannot believe someone would do that. Anyway new signboard ordered and will be back up tomorrow. Heres hoping it doesnt go walk about again

17.01.2022 Yes we Sold this amazing property, after a long campaign in a very tough market we sold the property on the 4th of February 2019. We first made contact with the eventual buyer on the 10th of December 2018 and after many discussions and negotiations we came to an agreement. We exchanged contracts on Australia Day and then the deal was finalised on the 4th of February 2019. Our vendors were very Happy and so were our Buyers so once again we couldnt ask for more as all parties... were happy with the outcome.
