Yes we are coming straight back into the swing (of the gun) with our Club Championship There will be Covid protocols in place CLUBHOUSE AND KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED so bring your own drinks and food If you are feeling unwell in any way - do not come If you have come into contact with a positive covid case - get tested and self isolate - we will see you at the next shoot Hand sanitiser will be available - use it Social distancing at all times (approx 2 gun lengths apart) No sharing of guns, ear/eye protection Spectators are to social distance, children (if attending) are to stay with parents at all times Contactless payment preferred or exact cash Further details to come See you all (as long as you are healthy) Sunday 19th July

14.01.2022 In preparation to come back shooting (hopefully in the very near future), some members headed out to the club today (only 10 of us which is all we were allowed) and got stuck into spraying the range for weeds - mostly galvanised burr Under captain Neil Donaldsons supervision Lance Murphy, Les Townsend, Denis Coaker, Rob Murray, Dylen Murray, Ken Purvis, Mel Phillips, Brett Hall headed in all directions and sprayed the range. Thank you to Tony Corderoy for the use of his spray rig, Stephen Smith for his spray tank, Denis Coaker, Ken Purvis for their sprays set ups and Rob Murray for his bike with the boom. Id like to add - yes we all social distanced!

13.01.2022 Due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, Please If you have any flu like symptoms - self isolate - get tested... If you have recently travelled to any of the hotspots or been in contact with a positive case - self isolate - get tested Please think of your family, fellow shooters and community, help stop the spread! Hand hygiene is a must! Carry hand sanitizer with you. If you really dont have to go out - stay at home. If you start to show any flu like symptoms - isolate, get tested. Please DO NOT come to the range if you have ANY symptoms or if you have recently travelled to any known hotspots. If we all follow the rules the Department of Health have put in place - we can keep shooting!!!!! Please dont jeopardise our sport!

10.01.2022 Today, Dubbo hosted the missing selection! Shooters from across the state came out to Dubbo to have a crack at the range PK and his army created. Some hot weather testing shooters but great scores rang in! High Gun after shoot off was Doug Osbourne 93 +12... Adrian Hayes trophy for todays shoot went to Mudgee ( there was only 9 points difference to 2nd) All the rest of the scores can be found on www.scalivescores.com.au Huge thanks to Narromine Rotary Club for coming to make sure we are all feed! 09.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE Due to COVID and the uncertainty of what restrictions will come into place. The 2020 COAKER EVERETT MEMORIAL SHOOT IS CANCELLED... Denis and Tony have discussed at great lengths along with the Dubbo Field and Game committee, and the decision was made in the best interest of the club, members, shooters and community to make this devastating decision. Thanks to all those who have been inquiring about the shoot, and it is heartbreaking that we have to cancel. The Coaker Everett Memorial will return bigger and better for the 20th Anniversary of the shoot in 2021 We will be holding a club shoot 16th August.

03.01.2022 What a great weekend of shooting! The NSW SCA English Sporting Championships were held at Gunnedah Sporting Clays and didnt it turn out a great weekend Couldnt of asked for nicer weather with the sun shining and little or no breeze. The ranger setters planned their targets to be absolutely brilliant! There was an arrangement of targets to suit everyone. 2 ranges of 50 kept the weekend rolling. Shooting 200 targets on Saturday and finishing by 12 today with another 100.... Almost 20 Dubbo members headed over and had a crack at the pairs! 02.01.2022 Dubbo was well represented yesterday at Gunnedahs English sporting event, with approx 12 members having a shot. And wasnt it glorious to be able to get the guns out Gunnedah once again put on a great day and we thank them for all their efforts.
