01.01.2022 Here’s a few cool 360 shots of the fish we didn’t catch and the rods and reels that we didn’t need during our efforts at the Aus Open at Awoonga Dam. Fair bit o...f prefishing for bugger all bites let alone fish, we didn’t adapt at all to the dam which resulted in a triple donut for the comp nights, probably a epic effort in its self, like how the hell don’t you catch a single fish!! . Different result than what we’re use to but ya can’t catch em all the time...hopefully take a fair lesson out of the comp! Congrats to Liam and James from taking out the win with an impressive bag, Quintin and Colin just behind with a cracking bag in second, Geoff and Dean topping out 3rd place and the day 1 and 2 leaders Schwerin lads in 4th who had a solid tourney until the last night. Nice to meet a few bream and bass fellas from down south also (they also kicked our asses!) Hopefully the Mackay Dam’s and the Tinaroo round is a bit kinder to us!
