No, please don't come in if you are feeling unwell (this actually applies ALL THE TIME, especially during cold and flu season).... Yes, we are taking precautions to ensure the office is as clean as possible. No, there isn't anything chiropractic can do to help boost your immune system. Check out this table below from health.gov.au which outlines the symptoms of the cold, flu and COVID-19. If you are unsure if you should come in please call the office, and if you are unwell please seek medical advice from your GP. Stay healthy!

Here is a simple stretch that can help relieve some of that upper back pain, or pain between the shoulder blades: * Roll a towel up nice and tight into a cylinder *Place that towel on the ground and lie the towel across your shoulders (or wherever the painful area is) * Gently lie down on the towel for 2-5 minutes. *This should not be painful or make your back feel worse, if it does STOP IMMEDIATELY... * Repeat as necessary See more

Any future appointments will remain but may change if required. I will be playing it by ear as things are constantly changing, and will try and keep everyone updated as the situation changes.
