We are dedicated to serving freshly made Japanese dishes to our customers and also provide catering services for diverse range of events, including corporate functions and many more. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced chef to join our team. The role will be responsible for planning menus, supervise the preparation of cooking, production and presentation of dishes, as well as overseeing the ...work of other kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring the high standard and quality of the food production are maintained, managing kitchen stocks and catering requirements are met at all times including cooking, time constraints and any special dietary requirements. You will be required to plan new menus, teach cooking skills and procedures to new staff, delegate duties, ensuring safe work practices are understood and upheld by kitchen staff. Candidates are required to have a qualification in Hospitality / Commercial Cookery and must have strong work ethic and commitment to a career as a chef in the hospitality industry.
