17.01.2022 The Push-Up Challenge 2020 might be finished but the message and the appreciation goes on! A big e-pat-on-the-back to all the legends out there who completed th...e 3046 push-ups over the last 21 days. It really is something to be proud of and your support has raised an amazing $9,155 for headspace Dubbo! Thank you to everyone who has supported our crew, The Push-Up Challenge and headspace to raise awareness for mental health. Across Australia over 100,000,000 push-ups were banked throughout this challenge and over 4.8 million has been raised. During such a testing time we are so proud to see workplaces, communities, families and friends coming together to #pushforbetter raising awareness for the 3046 lives lost to suicide. This number is too high and we deeply want to see this number drop. If you need someone to speak to, help is always available. You can phone Lifeline on 13-11-14 or Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800, 24/7 or access online support and other great resources at eheadspace.org.au or of course as always give your local headspace centre a call #wevegotyourback
