24.01.2022 Is there anything better than tieing up a bird and chucking her over some hot coals?? If you ask the Cook Cartel boys then the answer would be NO. By the looks of this plump looking chick they ate well into the night.

15.01.2022 Smashed out a chicken in the newly built drum with the Big Poppa Smokers kit thanks to The Que Club today. What a simple bit of kit to use, it literally came with everything you need :) Chicken was rubbed down with some Four monkeys BBQ "Home Base" and cooked over Heat Beads BBQ lump charcoal using some grill grates and steak weights.
