24.01.2022 A huge thank you to all the great people who took the time to come and have a look at what we have been up to over the last couple of years with this space. I'm sure you all learnt a few things about development and what goes on to produce finished product as well as networked with like minded people.

23.01.2022 After numerous times back & forth with council to gain a reasonable GIA to building envelopes ( all due to council imposed easement) we finally came up with a solution that they would go with. After 3 1/2 months we have our BA on the last build and are able to start on site. Piers being drilled & filled. Should have our slab down by the end of next week. Stay tuned as we update you regularly.

14.01.2022 The benefits of having slab down when you have weeks of wet weather and more predicted in the near future. A break in the weather and carpenters that are hungry to keep things moving and up goes the frame. Hopefully it’s long enough to get the roof on.

09.01.2022 Its nearly time for the first of our owners to move in. Painting is in progress. Final fit off and carpets being installed prior to defects inspections beginning. Handovers will be starting in the next few weeks. A new community will rapidly emerge here as they do in the quiet cul de sac environment.

06.01.2022 The importance of having good relationships & a good team becomes really important with weather like we have been experiencing recently. Thanks to Nathan and his team we have a slab down and ready to have the frame erected as soon as we have a break in the weather.
