25.01.2022 We are currently creating our very own sugar wash yeast as an alternative to Turbo Yeast. We will use a very different nutrient blend to create a fast fermenting wash that is also very neutral in flavour. Keep visiting us for updates.

22.01.2022 A customer sent us a recipe (and a cheeky sample) for Cinnamon Whiskey. Leaves Fireball in its dust. Thanks Andrew! Ingredients: 2 cinnamon sticks 50g sugar... 5mL Duck Distilling Tennessee Essence Makes 750ml Method: Soak cinnamon sticks in 250ml of 95% neutral for 6 weeks. Remove sticks. Add 50g sugar to spirit Add 5mL of Duck Distilling Tennessee Essence Top up to 700ml with water and shake till everything is dissolved. Serve straight, on the rocks or even with a mixer. I'll be putting a batch down tonight, can't believe how good this stuff is.

22.01.2022 Having the night off but still want a drink? Mix 1.5mL of Duck Distilling Bourbon essence into 1.25L of Coca Cola (or your favourite mixer) and serve on the rocks. Makes a bourbon and coke without the booze.

17.01.2022 Ladies and Gents you are keeping us very busy! Very happy you are enjoying the products! Camille and I have blisters on our fingers from screwing on bottle caps. Just knocked out 1500 bottles this weekend and already thinking we need to make a new batch. Can't even imagine what it's going to be like when we add more flavours to the range (which is still happening just more slowly than anticipated, we will have a Bundy ASAP)....
