06.01.2022 22 Mar COVID-19 UPDATE To All of Our Current & Future Patients: Considering the current & fluid status of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing impact it continues to have on our day to day lives, we want to reassure you that we are doing all we can to protect the health and safety of our all of our respected staff, patients and loved-ones attending our clinic.... How is Ducker Physio minimising the risk of infection? While we have always maintained very strict infection control practices and high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, we have implemented additional precautionary measures such as increased disinfection of all treatment surfaces and contact to treatment surfaces. We are also disinfecting all other furniture & fittings continually throughout the day and ensuring that our clients are able to sanitise their hands within the clinic with alcohol-based hand pumps that are easily accessible. All treating physiotherapists are thoroughly washing their hands, even more conscientiously than normally, between every patient treatment and during the consultation as required. In keeping with the most recent Federal & State Governments guidelines, we are kindly requesting that all clients, parents and carers fully adhere to the 14-day self-isolation protocol from the date of arrival in Australia if you have been overseas and again another 14-day self-isolation when entering South Australian borders from another state, effective immediately. If you have an upcoming appointment and you are not feeling well or dont meet the above governments self-isolation procedures, please contact us to reschedule to a later date. What will happen if Ducker Physio is forced to close? In the event that Ducker Physio is forced to legally close, we will contact all clients booked during this period of closure to inform & defer appointments. If you have any questions or concerns about your ongoing care, or your appointments through this period of uncertainty, please feel free to contact us for further information. Your ongoing health and safety are our top priority. We look forward to continuing to help you and your family through these very trying times and into the future.
