23.01.2022 The humble meatball is TRANSFORMED! Another mammoth effort today from our Chefs Mary & Jen as over 400 meatballs were made from scratch with lean beef, zucchini, carrot & OATS! A rich tomato & eggplant sauce was whipped up & some of our Ducklings helped pick off the basil leaves - Buon Appetito!
