19.01.2022 The kids have had a wonderful night. Spag bol and garlic bread for dinner, a game of golden ball and then commando spotlight. They are currently having hot chocolate and a biscuit before hitting the hay. It’s been a big day. Some might say I take spotlight too serious.

This will be hosted by Dudley community member, Tony Butterfield and include guest speakers from the RFS and Lake Macquarie Council. Mrs Carey will also discuss our school bushfire planning. 14.01.2022 Stage 3 took part in an excellent webinar with the Office of the eSafety Commissioner today for Safer Internet Day. The focus of today’s webinar was learning how to spot fake news. There were lots of great tips and strategies shared and the students engaged in some fantastic discussions on this topic. If you would like help with monitoring and managing your child’s use of the internet at home, you can find some outstanding resources at the eSafety website: https://www.esafety.gov.au/parents

Snow Cone with 1 flavour = $4 (one size) Out of uniform = $ gold coin donation Raffle ticket with cool prizes = $1 per ticket Help us celebrate the end of another term, whilst remembering Charlie and Sam. Their fighting spirit will always be remembered.

02.01.2022 We are having a fantastic time at camp. Group 1 did canoeing and the giant swing today and Group 2 did Lost World and the Survivor Challemge. Big smiles all round here. All these photos and more will be made available after camp.
