21.01.2022 Mental Health is such a huge issue for all of us right now. Some days my 5 year old happily does his school work and talks to his grandma on face time. Other days he rolls around on the floor crying because he can't find the right lego block! It's important to remember that our children's worlds have suddenly got very small and a bit strange.... and their behavior is a form of communication. Take the time to check in and meet them where they are at. And remember the old air mask saying- you need to look after yourself first so you can continue to care for others.
