23.01.2022 One of three organic, shade-grown coffees we released from Salvadoran producer Fernando Lima's 2020 harvest, the Las Laderas is a Pacamara variety, harvested in January 2020 and processed using a Black Honey method at Fernando’s family owned mill, Los Balcanes. 22.01.2022 Simple Saturday brews courtesy of our OneCup offering from superstar producer José Nicácio Itagyba de Oliveira (or, Itagyba for short). Itagyba owns and runs Ondas da Mantiqueira where he grows and processes exceptional quality coffee using Organic Certified farming practices. 21.01.2022 Long weekend brews of the Odavey Reinoso filter. Odavey is the Commercial and Export Manager of Asociación de Tecnólogos y Productores Agropecuarios de Bilbao (Asotbilbao), and our main point of contact at Dukes for the farmers who make up this cooperative. Odavey lives on site at Finca Esterlina with his sons, and has a long lineage of coffee farming, with his father Simeon also operating a coffee farm in the Siquila area. Odavey grows Bourbon, Caturra and Castill...o varieties (this lot is a blend of Caturra and Bourbon) and is an avid Organic practitioner. He picks his coffee entirely by hand with his team of five employees, pulps, ferments and patio dries the coffee on-site at his micro-mill. We've roasted Ovavey's coffee with filter brewing in mind; it's very clean, peachy, sugar-sweet and has a smooth vanilla finish. #dukescoffee #dukescoffeeroasters See more

Floral and delicate, with hints of orange blossom and a subtle white vermouth finish.... Colombia Odavey Reinoso (100% Organic) Washed process, Caturra and Bourbon varieties. Very clean, white peach, sugar-sweet, with a smooth vanilla finish. El Salvador La Campanula (100% Organic) Natural process, SL28 variety. Red grape and roasted hazelnut, with molasses sweetness. 11.01.2022 Rolling over the hump with afternoon brews of our recently released Ethiopia Suke Quto. This silky brew was organically cultivated in 2020 by Tesfaye Bekele, who works alongside 171 other outgrowers to deliver cherries to the Suke Quto washing and drying station. This particular honey process coffee is of the Kurume and Weilcho variety. Both are landrace Ethiopian varieties which are native to the Sidamo zone, a larger region of the country.... Roasted for filter brewing, we're tasting elderflower and peach, with creamy golden syrup sweetness and a silky finish. 07.01.2022 This week we released the latest harvest from Finca Las Lajas, roasted for espresso. Finca Las Lajas has been at the forefront of high-quality, Organic coffee production in Costa Rica for the past 20 years. Founded by the Chacón family in 1936 on the slopes of the Poas Volcano, owners Oscar Chacón and Dona Francisca took over management of the farm in the 1990s and have been striving for better and more innovative coffee production and processing ever since. This 10...0% Caturra is a Red Honey process and has notes of orange, dark chocolate and cranberry. It's a clean, crisp and juicy espresso with a super sweet finish. A leader in the Honduras coffee community, Joaquin cultivates the hybrid variety Parainema at his farm, La Bendición, in Marcala, La Paz. La Bendición benefits from an excellent climate and altitude for sustainable coffee cultivation, allowing Joaquin to more easily utilise organic fertilisers and soil conservation techniques, while prioritising the protection of flora and fauna. ... Owned by Guji region pioneer Tesfaye Bekele, The Suke Quto farm extends over the hills and valleys in Guji, the southern zone of Ethiopia’s Oromia region. Coffee grown in Guji is quite distinct because of the quality of soil, forests and climate. This particular washed process coffee is of the Kurume and Weilcho variety. Both are Landacre Ethiopian varities which are native to the Sidam...o zone, a larger region of the country.
