24.01.2022 A couple of tough losses to Canterbury Rugby Union Club this past weekend but the Dukes have done enough to earn both 1st and 2nd grade births into the semi finals this coming weekend! Congratulations and thanks is due to all players, support staff, committee members, supporters and family members who have helped in any way throughout the season. Further details regarding this weekend’s fixtures will be posted later in the week however games are being played at Latham Park, Maroubra on Saturday.

20.01.2022 One of our Dukies is doing something pretty legendary to raise money for Autism. Gerard Atkinson is running an entire marathon (try line to try line) of our home ground at Booralee Park in Botany. The Dukes and Duchesses will be getting down to support him and this great cause with a sideline BBQ. Come down to show your support and/or donate directly through the provided link. It was a great day down at Maroubra Beach with laughter, great weather and sharing fond memories of the year that was. 11.01.2022 The Dukes rugby boys bowed out of the semis in both grades today with a valiant effort from all players. Both grades took on heavily favoured opposition in two undefeated teams while being undermanned. 2nds went down to a big Canterbury side 80-5 while 1sts were very unlucky not to cause a boil over in a tightly contested 25-19 loss to Sydney Irish. On the other side of the coin, our Duchesses were able to fly the club flag high running out winners in their playoff match, se...curing 3rd place and capping off a tremendous season. Congratulations to all players and support staff from both the rugby and netball sides for a great 2020 season (especially given the Covid circumstances thrust upon society in recent times). 09.01.2022 Alexandria Dukes Rugby Football & Netball Club will be holding our Annual General Meeting on October 31st (2pm) at the Captain Cook Hotel in Botany (sure you’re all familiar with it by now). Those interested with having their say in how the club moves forward into 2021 is invited to come along and join us. Those wishing to nominate themselves for committee positions should email [email protected] with their name and whether they wish to nominate for Executive commi...ttee (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer) or general committee positions. Our club survives and thrives off the back of the efforts of not just our players but the volunteers that make it all possible. The club is looking for people help run along side Gerard or support from the sidelines as he runs 422 lengths of the ground to raise money for Autism. 01.01.2022 The Dukes had fantastic wins in both grades on the weekend over Maccabi Rugby - Australia, both games played in great spirits by all involved and no issues on field or off field to speak of! We would also like to thank everyone who made the trip out to Lyne Park, as we all know it's not just around the corner for some of you.
