24.01.2022 The Scholastic book fair starts next week 19th-23rd October. Our library will be open 8:30-9:00am and 3:00-4:00pm each day. Come on in and have a look. There's a great range of books to suit everyone.
23.01.2022 A reminder that tomorrow, Friday 30th, is 'Day for Daniel'. We will discuss important safety messages for our students including, 'Recognise, React & Report'. Students are encouraged to wear something red to school in support of this important day.

19.01.2022 A fantastic celebration day - ring toss, musical statues, pin the tail on the donkey, sack races, pong toss and pass the parcel. The Mighty Yellow's took out the win but competition from the Wild Dogs was strong!

18.01.2022 Hands on activities with Alisa from Western Downs Regional Council to discover how much waste our school is making. Our students had some excellent ideas on how to rethink waste and reduce our impact on the environment.
18.01.2022 What a different start to this term than last! All students at school and learning together again. We finished the first week back with some team challenges: 3D shape constructions for 3-6 and identifying features of places with BeeBots for Prep-2. A happy start of Term 3
18.01.2022 Very excited to be a part of EDTV-State Schools Education Television! Principals of 2 small, rural schools without a local pool, share their collaborative approach to accessing a pool and implementing a water safety and swimming education program. Watch for some amazing footage of Dulacca and Drillham students and staff
16.01.2022 Tuckshop starts again this week Reminder that the day has changed from Wednesday to Fridays and orders can be placed through Flexischools. Thank you Dulacca P&C!
14.01.2022 Chris and Dan (from Roma Fire Station) taught us about fire safety. They did a demonstration of their fire gear and showed us around their truck. At the end we all got to have a go with their hose. It was awesome! - Lewis, Year 3.

11.01.2022 Year 3-6 students today held a mock council meeting to discuss the relocation of flying foxes as part of their English unit. We were very grateful to have Councillor Kylie Bourne chair the meeting and talk with our students on the real process for council decision making. We were very proud of our students!
11.01.2022 Our very own Constable Shane teaching our students some important road safety rules. They have all now earned their bicycle/scooter 'licences'.
