22.01.2022 Wow, the world has changed since last winter. This morning I smelt the first truffles for the season. It was so good. It is going to be a great winter delivering truffles to homes across Australia.

I was collecting a package of white truffles from Alba, Northern Italy and the officer said the aroma was so strong it must certainly be illegal! The officer was right the perfume of the truffles is quite extraordinary. Undesirable it fills the whole room....
