24.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just an update. I am coming out today to have some meetings and to evaluate the hops. The hops are called Hallertau Mittlefrau. A very old German noble hop that will be used for our two signature lagers, Silo Lager and Talbragar Old. Also take a photo so I can update the pic of the silo on FB I hope we can catch up in the near future. Cheers, Glenn.

14.01.2022 Our beautiful Hallertau Mitt hops. Thanks so much to Darren Mathews for growing and nurturing them. I’ll be harvesting all the buds this Friday. From there they will be in the whirlpool at the end of boil of limited release lager, which will be called Swans B2B. This beer will kick off the Swans attempt to become back to back premiers 2020 -2021. Looking forward to seeing you Friday.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just taking a break from doing a 50 litre pilot batch of a gluten free lager. It’ll finish out at 4.2%. It got me thinking If I could get some local thought on gluten free beer and hard seltzer, which is also gluten free and really refreshing. There is a massive request for it in the city. Do you think gluten free or seltzer would work in Dunedoo. Cans or on tap??? Cheers. Glenn & Janelle.
