25.01.2022 A MASSIVE shout out to the Biggenden Hospital Auxiliary. They have so generously donated the tickets we will use for the event. Shelly is also offering her help, advice and cooking skills for the event. It is the help like this, that makes these events possible and in turn helps raise the funds needed to help people in OUR community.

15.01.2022 A little reminder of how funds raised through the Dunga Derby and donated to Rally for a Cause are making a difference to people’s lives in our community every ...day.. Curtis is 19, he has severe Cerebral Palsy, scoliosis and also suffers from Complex 4 in the Respiratory Chain which is an energy deficiency disease. Curtis is unable to get involved in many activities but on the few occasions he’d been able to be brought to the swing at the All Abilities Park in Maryborough, his carers saw just how much joy this brought him. Knowing how much he loves being outdoors and how being in the sun and fresh air is also one of the key factors to stabilising his health, Curtis’s Sister Tiffany nominated him to Rally for a Cause to help the family obtain an all-abilities swing for him to be able to access and use at home. Curtis’s nomination was approved and he was eligible for funds for equipment that enhance his quality of life. The swing is now installed and Curtis is able to use it every daycheck out the happy photos below! Huge thanks for putting this project together must go to Phil Grace & Steve Sumison from Wide Bay Motor Group, who as part of our Dunga family offered to pick up, deliver and install the swing on behalf of Rally for a Cause for Curtis’s family. They loved helping out and said it made it even better seeing Curtis in the swing with a huge smile on his face! This is how we team up and work together to build a better community for us all! Another big thank you to our "Dungas" and everyone who supports them without the funds you raise this couldn’t happen!
