18.01.2022 Due to COVID-19 we made the decision as a family today to cancel all my clients that were booked in for next week as a precaution. I hope you understand my reasoning behind this and I’ll keep you updated for the weeks that follow. (I will message all my regular clients individually as well). 13.01.2022 New Cancellation Policy Due to having a few too many last minute/on the day cancellations over the past few months I have decided to bring in a minimum 48hrs notice policy. If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hrs in advance, or if I'm unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged. Hopefully this will prevent any more last minute cancellations. I hope you all understand I cannot continue to run my business like t...his when I'm loosing so much valuable time and money. Unfortunately if it is under 48hrs then that does not leave me much time to get that time slot re-booked. I'm hoping you'll understand that this is my livelihood and bills will always need to be paid. If you have any issues, or concerns please feel free to message me.
