If any client, for any reason, can not provide us with the same respect they will not be serviced! We are putting strict rules in place to protect ourselves & any of our future employees. We believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion & we value any constructive criticism that may help us improve our service in any way possible. If anyone has a complaint, please feel free to lodge a formal complaint either via private message on facebook or submit a form via our website. 14.01.2022 The Scoopon redemption period ended on sunday 14th July. Anyone who has not contacted us prior to this day will not be accepted for a booking unless you can provide proof that you made an attempt to contact us & did not hear anything back. We apologise for the inconvenience, but to be fair the Scoopon was valid from January so 6 months is plenty of time to make a booking. Kind regards Team DunnCo
