20.01.2022 Quick tip. Rat sack makes mice incredibly thirsty. So thirsty that they will chew through plastic water pipes. There must be a few around as this is my 3rd this week. So, instead of rat sack, try an old fashion mouse trap on top of your ducted heater in your roof.

As a mark of gratitude to the Royal Childrens Hospital, and for what they did when my daughter jammed her finger in a door and cut it to the bone recently, from now and until the 3rd of April (Good Friday), I will be donating $100 from every Hot water unit I install to the RCH! 14.01.2022 Hi guys... Ive just seen some hot cross buns so that means just one thing to me - Its ROYAL CHILDRENS HOSPITAL APPEAL time again! As you may or may not know, l...ast year, my 4 y/o daughter Zoe jammed her finger in a wire door and completely cut her fat pad on her ring finger to the bone. This required a short stay in the RCH and some micro surgery to sew everything back together. She now has full use of her finger, which we thought at the time may never happen. As a direct result of this, I will be doing a fund raising campaign from now until Good Friday. This involves me donating $100 to the good Friday Appeal for every hot water system I install. On top of this, for every 5 units i install, i will donate an extra $100. EG. install 4- donate $400, install 20- donate $2400, install 50- donate $6000 What I would like from you? Like and share the *&^% out of this post! If you know someone that needs a new hot water system, ask them to give me a call. If you want to upgrade from a gravity fed hot water system, give me a call. 06.01.2022 Just a reminder that the government rebates for water tank connections end at the end of this month! If you need a tank, now is the best time to get it because come the first of July, it could cost you as much as $1500 more with out the rebate. Also, same for toilet cisterns. Change your cistern and get a $100 rebate.

When you get calls from people who think they are qualified trades men (and women), yet do something a basic 1st year apprentice wouldnt do.... Like plumb up a sink in a corner, with no access to the stop cocks, (yes they put in stop cocks that you cant use!)... Oh.... And forgot 1 small little thing. A trap! 03.01.2022 Thanks guys for helping me out with the hot water system renewals! So far in the past 2 weeks, Ive installed 4, so thats $400 going to the royal childrens hospital. I would still like to make a final push before Good Friday and take my total to at least 10. That will mean $1000 plus an extra $250 for every 10 I install. On another note, check this out... Most units last around the 10 years mark. This one died at the grand old age of 23!
